Former Novell CIO Debra Anderson Joins UST Global
|

ALISO VIEJO, Calif. – March 11, 2008 – UST GlobalSM(UST), a leading provider

enterprises, announced today that Debra Anderson has joined the company as a member
of the client management group and will bring her domain expertise to the company’s
retail practice. She will advise UST clients, drawing upon her CIO, retail and open
source experience, and be responsible for relationships with strategic clients.
Before joining UST Global, Anderson was CIO of Novell, an infrastructure software
and services company. In this role she spearheaded Novell’s internal adoption of
open source software from the desktop to the data center and managed the deployment
of global strategic business information systems and IT services. Prior to Novell,
she spent 18 years in grocery retailing with Albertsons, American Stores and Lucky
Stores holding both IT and business management positions.
She was named as one of the business world's Premiere 100 IT leaders by Computerworld
in 2004 and named as one of 30 Women to Watch in Utah in 2007.
