UST Global Names New CEO as a Result of Executive Level Promotion

ALISO VIEJO, Calif. – May 27, 2008 – UST GlobalSM, a leading provider

UST Global COO and President Sajan Pillai has been appointed CEO. Dan Gupta, who
was the CEO and Chairman, will continue in his role as Chairman.
This promotion follows UST’s spectacular eight-year history of growth that encompasses

range of IT service offerings and numerous offices in more than 20 countries. As
the company readies itself for the next phase of growth, Sajan Pillai will work
